You are required to pick up your repair with in 30 days of completion. Take note that some repairs take longer than others, in addition to the high volume of repairs being dropped off and our manufacturing of our Alleva-Coppolo instruments we are unable to guarantee a time of completion. Your patience is appreciated on this matter. You will be notified via phone when servicing is complete. Instruments must be picked up no later than 30 days from that time.  Legally, we are not responsible for instruments left beyond that date. Subject to our discretion, instruments left beyond that period are subject to either: 1) a $5 per day storage fee or 2) sale. For most Special Orders a min. of third of the price is required as a deposit, some special orders may require the total sale amount as the deposit to process the order. Note: Since we deal with custom instruments, some materials are scarce. So we are not responsible for any changes that may be necessary in or during the manufacturing process. Deposits are non refundable A third of the total price is required for Law-A-way’s which you will have 90 days to pick merchandise up and pay in full.
